First, submit your flight information by sharing the Google Flights URL. For more information on how to do this, see here. We will then monitor the price of your flight and notify you via email if there is a drop in price for an eligible airline. To claim credits, follow the instructions provided in the email which typically involves calling the airline's support and requesting flight credits for the difference in price.
You will be notified via the Email you provide. In the future we plan to support SMS as well.
Right now Airfare Alerts is totally free! We do plan on charging for our services once we improve our offering so this may change in the future.
